The quest where u have to defeat the guardians in the vault of ice...

As you can see, it takes a long time for a message to appear here.

You might try going to a "Crowded" realm and waiting for others to show up.

Oh you mean the Guardian of the fang. Try it she is easy to beat with at least 2 wizards! I beat her with my friend in like... I don't know maybe 5 minutes? It's a pretty long battle but maybe I could help you. I will meet you inside the school of balance at 7:30 pm Pacific time (my wizards name is Kristen SilverStone)
