Balance wizard spell: judgement (paying your dues)
I understand that I get the spell judgement from the quest, "paying your dues." I just don't know how to get to that quest. I'm now a level 35 and I still haven't got the quest. Ran through almost all the krokotopia quests and some low level quests as well. Please help! Thanks!
