Any life recipe vendors in Krokotopia?

Hello,

I recently became an Apprentice Crafter. Before this, I got admitted to the Tomb of Storms and found Samiir Naidu. I found that he sold the Windsoul outfit and got excited to become an Apprentice Crafter. Then later, when I went to buy it, I found that it was Storm School only. I am life, second in storm, so can anyone help me find a life outfit in Krokotopia that has similar stats?
