Upon redeeming the Additional Character Slot elixir, to see the second classroom where that 7th wizard will reside, you need to first have 6 other wizards created.
This will change in a future update that shows the second classroom arrow immediately upon redemption of the elixir, regardless of how many wizards you have created. As soon as this update goes into effect, you can disregard this notice.
