When our Summer Update launched on August 1st, the Grizzleheim Lore Pack was available in the Crown Shop for approximately 5 hours (until about 9am) with an issue – if the Wizard redeeming the packs was within level 110-129, they would be missing one item from their pack pull. They received 6 items instead of 7.
As soon as we caught the bug, we pulled the pack from the store, but not before a few players purchased one or more of them. Since we wanted to rectify this unfortunate error with our valued community as soon as possible, we inadvertently issued some early compensation for some folks who didn’t qualify who contacted us within the first 24 hours.
While we regret that the issue occurred, we wanted to err on the side of correcting this mistake as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any issues this may have caused.
Should you believe you have been legitimately affected by this issue – that is, you purchased the Grizzleheim Lore Pack before 9am on August 1st, and you were within levels 110-129, please contact customer service with your compensation request.
