With the Spring Update we made a change to the store where the 'Usable' checkbox was automatically checked.
This makes it much easier to see by default what you are actually able to use. However, there are some things you may still want to buy that are currently unusable for your particular character, such as the Level 50 Elixir.
Try unchecking the 'Useable' box and see if the item you are looking for is visible then!
To be able to use the Level 50 Elixir specifically, you need to have the following:
A level 50+ character on that account
A character slot with a character that's under 50 (including an empty character slot)
We're also investigated some limited instances where you meet the requirements but the elixir still does not show when the 'Useable' option is checked.
