I just finished fighting the Xerxes in Alkali Barrows and his chest doesn't work at all. I ran around the room a little and came back to it. Nope, doesn't work. I ran to the previous room to gather health, ran back in. Nope, doesn't work, either.
I fought him solo with my Storm, so no one else could confirm the same problem.
