Whenever I get on, my mount and other things around me (such as NPC's) are not there even though I have seen them on this PC before? Soon after, the game downloads those files again? When I close Wizard101 and reopen it at the exact same place, everything is not downloaded and NPC's are just living puppets again until the game soon downloads it.
