Winter Palace Guard Shako and Queen's Colored Guard Shako bug
I ended up getting both of these hats on my Wizard, and neither of them would show my hairstyle. The Royal Fusiliers Shako does show my hair though, so this can't be intentional.
From what I've gathered, it seems only the level 100+ versions of these hats seem to be bugged, perhaps the Royal Shako is also bugged? My Royal Shako is only level 40.
