What is happening?

I have a quest in Moo Shu to talk to Woo Ping.

I know where he is.

I looked on my map while in another building.

I went to the place he was.

I could not get in, but my friend could.

We do everything together.

I teleported to him.

I saw him.

I could not talk to him!

I am irritated because this is the main storyline quest!

HELP!!!!
