so I got the quest to be an Arcanum understudy so I go into the room to fight the void elemental and it wasn't there. I tried exiting and leaving and going into the character select screen but it still wasn't there. I eventually closed my game and re-logged and it did indeed show to give me a pretty tough battle. I just thought I would let everyone know there was difficulty with it and how to solve it.
