I have tried for two days to dig a plot, nothing works. I have logged in an out and also have plenty of energy. Any suggestions, or perhaps a fix?
If you're sure it is a place you should be able to dig a plot then since it has not corrected itself with reloading the game I'd drop support a wee message so they can sort it out.
Let them know your account username (not password) The wizard affected The house/s and locations you've tried to dig the plots
This will help them to find the bug preventing the plot from working correctly and fix it for you
Make sure you use the email associated with your account when submitting your ticket to support@wizard101.com
You will get an auto-response letting you know they have received your ticket...this is not the actual response. They'll sort it in 1-2 days, sometimes a little longer over weekends or during events eg test realm etc...sometimes they're super fast though
They'll email you their findings etc and sort it out for you, don't forget to check your spam box just in case and keep an eye open for if they need further info to be able to help. They'll get it fixed for you
