I just came back to Wizard101 after about half a year. I see that I have a quest in Krokotopia to visit the Tomb of Storms. I drop by that sand pit area and all three Obelisks are lit, presumably by me half a year ago.
I tried pressing 'X' by the obelisks, but the prompt to do so does not appear, so my efforts are futile. I stood at the front of the pit and waited about ten minutes and I did not see a giant head rise from it. I really need help; I am at level 27. Do I have to complete that Chinese Dragon quest I get from the donkey first?
