I been having problems with having to join a tournament and every time I try it says that I was not able to join one due to my level or something and I don't understand why it would not let me in.
I need to know if this is a random bug all of a sudden or am I just not allowed to get tickets from PvP Tournaments?
When tournaments are formed, wizards at the same level are placed in a group, if there are not enough in the group you will not be placed in a tournament
Not sure what level you are, but you can always try different tournament formats or times and see if on of those works out
