I have encountered a bug several times when using tempest against enemies. Despite it being an x cost spell, it sometimes leaves me with one or two pips after being used. I'm not sure what causes it to trigger,
Yes i've seen this too, several times with bosses unfortunately which results in another massive pip spell or another tempest. Seen this happen often recently with bosses in Polaris.
