I was playing today at around 1:00 P.M. CST, and when I logged back into the game my framerate never goes above 5 fps. It used to be upwards of 60 fps, and I'm not sure what caused this change. Other games and programs work perfectly normally. I have an MSI P65 Creator 8RF with a GTX 1070 Max-Q and an i7-8750H with 16gb of RAM. In task manager, the game only is using 12% of my GPU resources and 10% of my CPU. Right now, the game is nearly unplayable. Changing realms does nothing, and changing graphics settings does not help.

That's certainly a powerful enough computer to handle the game, so it's probably either an Internet connection issue (somewhere beyond your house most likely) or possibly another software item that's causing a strange lag.
Does it kind of jerk between scenes, or is it a constant kind of slowness?
