We're aware of the issues with some players not being able to progress after the Storm Titan battle. You can run the instance again to gain credit as long as you do not teleport between zones and you have the quest goal ‘Protect the Chaos Heart’ in your Quest Book.

Hello Sparck! Thank you for everything your team does. Whenever you do find a solution, those who do not want to repeat the dungeon but have the "Protect the Chaos Heart" questline, will they be able to just move forward with this solution? A lot of people do not want to have to repeat the dungeon over again.
