These two things are not really related to each other but i found them both today.
I forgot what the storm spell quest was named, but it's somewhere between lvl 10 and 25. After talking to torrence, it said "Talk to Harold Argleston in Austrilund", when instead it should have said the commons.
The frostbite spell DoT thing and animation is marked as a moon DoT instead of ice (however the target does take ice damage).
