I too have this problem randomly (not frequently, fortunately, but at least once per day usually), and I'm aware that it's a known issue. If I disable "Hardware Cursor" it seems to fix the problem completely.
What I'm wondering is if there is a way to get "Hardware Cursor" working again without restarting the game.
The reason I ask that is because I much prefer the style of the cursor with the Hardware Cursor option enabled, as it looks better and is more responsive. (Why does it have to be an entirely different cursor anyway?)
the disappearing mouse is a bug it normally happens when you go to character sellection page press the esc button then close the book it works for me so its nothing major to report there... lol
