Sherlock's Eyeglass Casting Animation

Hi, I've recently got the Sherlock's Eyeglass wand for my Myth wizard. I noticed that everytime I cast a spell, it plays the same sound effect that gets played when using the Snake Charmer's Mystical Flute. Is this a bug? Or intended?

I’m going to assume it is supposed to be like that because I believe KI reuses lots of sound effects and such for spells.
