Yesterday I first noticed, and it's still happening today.
Seed vaults on different characters in dorms, farm houses, winter whatever palace, massive fantasy, storm...houses the vault opens the vault accepts seeds ...if you can get the content tab to open it will give you seeds BUT getting that second tab to open is VERY hard.
I have picked it up & put it back down put it through the shared and opened on other characters repeatedly clicked and prayed walked in and out the room again ...honestly I don't remember what all.
They do EVENTUALLY open but it really takes a LOT
I did check with the Butler - who is apparently reading the vault - It says I have 96 EMPs and 4 Boom Shrooms in a vault outside my Red Barn Farm House - and there is a vault there... I still can't confirm that though.
