Hi, Was just wondering whether anyone else has been having this problem. I have been using the scion of life spell and is says that there should be a heal over time to all allies except this is not happening. Just wondering whether this is a bug or the spell has been changed? Thx

I thought it only activated that heal all if you were at 25% or lower life when casting.
