I have finished every quest in wizard city but still can't get the badge. What do I have to do?I have checked every person in wizard city for a quest but i can't find anyone! Sombody please help

Well as i know you must finish all the quest through all the planet not only to get the savior of the spiral but also savior of wizard city!!
