I was just looking through the Wiki and noticed that the Root Guardians have a Monstrology description. Well, I haven't gotten to them yet, but I believe their instance in non-repeatable, and therefore, nothing in there should be eligible for Monstrology.
That said, it's a nice description, and I suggest putting it in cold storage, so that it might someday be modified into the description for some other monster that guards something.
