I would like to request that someone expands the area where you put your reason for reporting. Sometimes I don't report because I can't fit my reason and I am afraid it will back fire so I just leave them alone.

Its to state the reason, not for an explanation (they can read the log for that).

Think: subject line for an e-mail rather than the message itself.
