Remove Menu Chat.

Is there a way to prevent people who can only use prearranged phrases in Menu Chat from speaking to me?

It is insane to attempt to have a conversation with such a person or help them then they ask.

It is best to just turn that off that way anyone who can only use menu chat cannot communicate with me.
