Throughout the Night Forest series of quests in Lemuria, when there is a pause during an NPC's narration, a note to go to Centaurzan appears below the quest arrow even though there is no quest in my quest log and he doesn't have a side quest. Seems like it is left over from a previous side quest or something that you take from him but then doesn't get turned in to him.
I noticed after I accepted the Barrel of Monkeys quest, but that doesn't lead back to turn in to him.
