I was just emailed by Wizard 101 today and given a code to redeem for a mistake that was made on my account. When I went to redeem the code it tells me the code is expired. This is the second time this has happened, as when I first joined the codes for the bonus gold that we were to receive were expired as well and we got no help in the matter by emailing. I have emailed support a few times regarding problems but to no avail. I am just wondering if there is a better way to get answers to the questions we have as customers regarding customer care since email doesn't seem to advance us through problems.
