Same except with me no matter how i try, i can't access their website, i emailed their support about this issue and they kept saying it was a "Bug" when it wasn't, i can access their website with a VPN but not with my usual IP Address, so i'm pretty sure that i was accidentally IP banned, yet their support has not been helpful in the LEAST
