problems with characters on selection screen being replace
When can we expect a fix with characters on the selection screen being replace with a Arron level 0 (novice) character? Now I have 3 of my characters being replace with this other Arron level 0 and now it is hard to select my character to level up.

It's not just you. I've had a number of acquaintances complaining about this bug as well. I thought it fixed in the latest game patch, but evidently that is not the case.
You'll need to contact Customer support. They're the ones most capable of sending Aaron packing.
