Good evening, I just want to let you know that I am having problems redeeming elixirs from both the Gift List and Crown Rewards. I usually save them for when I know I have time to use them but I can not. It keeps giving me the message "You can not use anymore elixirs. Please try again later". I logged out and reload my account as well as wait a day to redeem them, but I am still receiving this message. I don't know what to do and would like to know the proper actions I must take to redeem them. Thank you for your help.
Yes, I had the same exact problem while trying to redeem my gardening elixir which ended up disappearing completely out of the gift list. I really hope KI can fix this soon.
