The Regal Wall and Regal Floor Castle Blocks allow you to apply wallpaper and flooring. Except the Regal Stairs Castle Block is missing the "Set Tile or Wallpaper" and the "Copy Wallpaper or Tile" buttons. And other regal castle blocks also don't have it.

Additionally it would seem some wallpapers will not stay in place once set on the Regal Wall Castle Block. Was in the Botanical Gardens House and set the Runecarved Bark Wallpaper to the Regal Wall Castle Block. Worked fine, but after leaving and returning, the wallpaper was no longer visible. I tested another wallaper, Sir Drustan Silverharp Tent, and it worked without issue.
