I understand the developers of this game made it with team work in mind. One of my biggest issues is with the lack of ability to effectively communicate with non text enabled players. I understand the need for safety and parental concerns for younger gamers. My solution would be to add a few more simple phrases to the non texting options. Some examples of ideas/words that I feel would be appropriate include:
You get left monster You get right monster Hard to explain without text
