Okay so on one of my toons I collect Wands and hang them on my walls. With this toon I was placing a wand I recently got on the wall near the door of the building (DORM ROOM). Well I accidentally went through the door and into Ravenwood. This occurred while I had the design open and wand being placed. Returned to the room and found the wand on the wall, but also another one in my inventory.
