Hello! I believe this is a bug... I'm trying to complete the "Player vs. Player" quest that says "Use Item: Practice Pedestal - Wizard City Arena". I don't know where to go. I have tried a bunch of things and nothing seems to complete this quest. I understand that PvP has changed recently. Does that mean I can't complete this quest? Thanks!
