I am a Parent, and I forgot my password and I wanted to add my daughter to my account. I click the forgot password tab several times in the last 2 days and I get no e-mail. Anyone have a clue as to why? My e-mail is correct.
We've forwarded your temp. parental password to your other email address. It may be that the email account is listing the email as spam or junk (or not even letting it get that far!). Let me know if you have continued troubles!
