Hi. I made a thread recently about open chat and all they did was direct me to the support forums which did not help. It told me this:
To be able to access open chat, the following conditions must all be met:
1) Your account must be set up with an age of 18 years old or older (no exceptions). 2) You must have made a purchase with a valid Credit Card on our website. 3) Filtered Text chat must be turned on WITH Open chat on as well.
I have no idea what my age is set up as. I made this account I could say about 8-9 years ago... I don't remember what I even did with the account.
I for SURE made purchases with a valid credit card, so this is no issue
Filtered text is turned on, but open chat is not even an option to enable for me
No idea what to do. There are so many underage people with open chat but I can't get to it because of what some kid back so many years ago did some sort of birthday wrong?
