A good item/pet spell like mass feint or incindiate very powerful better if that 1500 you and 3 random target friend or foes cuz the risk of killing all friend is too dangerous and in solo thats too strong and will replace thunder bolt
Outside of the effects of beguile, there will never be a spell that you can cast that will damage your teammates. A spell like this can cause a form of griefing in the game that could singlehandedly kill the storm school (due to distrust of Storm students using this spell just to defeat their teammates).
