When receiving the lvl 38 Myth quest from Cyrus Drake, you are told to go to Mooshu and then enter Angoro's tower, however upon trying to enter this tower, you are stuck in the loading screen. When staying in this loading screen for long enough, a pop-up says that the area isn't available at the time and to try again later, but you are still stuck in the loading screen, you have to quit the game to escape. I confirmed this wasn't just my problem by watching someone else go through the same thing, when watching them, I didn't see their avatar disappear at all upon approaching the door, they were just standing in front of it until they quit the game, I asked them if they experienced the same thing, and they said they were stuck just like I was.
