Several creatures are showing up twice with slightly different names, for example:
WC Rotted Fodder and Rotting Fodder, only the second exists in game Scarlet Screamer and Scarlet Screecher, only the first exists in game
DS Decayed Blackguard and Decaying Blackguard, only the second exists in game Soul Servant and Souless Servent, only the first exists in game
This happened the first time animus was collected, upon additional collection it only added to the correct creature.
With all due respect, KI really needs to re-review this entire thing as there are many discrepancies in monsters listed and in game available creatures, such as, Quest only and non-repeatable creatures (not just bosses).

They all exist in game. Rotted Fodder is a minion to a boss I don't remember, Scarlet Screecher is the minion for Sergeant Skullsplitter, and the DS ones can be found in The Great Spyre.
