Missing Treasure Card Tab

I am missing the treasure cards tab on the page I manage my card deck. How can I add or subtract treasure card in my deck?

The tab is located in the upper left corner of the screen on your regular card selection screen.

Personally I liked it better when it was in the same row as all the other tabs.
