I've noticed the last few dungeons of Khrysalis don't have any warnings, so I don't know until I get in them. When you leave, however, they do have the leaving warning you that it will reset if you walk out.
Perhaps did you accidently click the "Do not read/pop-up again" square? If it's been the last few dungeons in a row that could possibly be the case. Have you tried any previous dungeons or other ones just to see if it pops up?
