Macabre Jinn and Doom Oni don't work!

I got two new spell cards that just don't work. I got them recently and also got more sine then that do work,,,, but for some reason macabre jinn and doom oni just never come up in a battle even if they are the only cards in the deck.

The "crossed-swords" symbol means "PvP-Only", so you will never draw then in PvE.

Currently the only environments you can draw them is in PvP and Guild Raids (which use PvP rules once they come to Live Realm).
