I was in the character selection screen when it said my character was lv.5 when I'm lv.9 and it said I was in Unicorn Way when I was in Firecat Alley and on t.v. it had a promotional code and when I typed it in yesterday it said I already used it. :x :x
I don't know about the level 5 being level 9 thing, but the promo code you typed in may not work because you already used one similar to it like "merle" will not work if you entered "gamma" or "wizard".
