I seem to have misunderstood how loyalty tokens work. I purchased a membership thinking I would get a token as long as my membership is longer than 1 month, is that not how it works? Do you only get a point when the membership renews? If so, that isn't really fair to those who buy the 6 or 12 month membership. Part of the reason I got a membership was because I was hoping to get the Chaos Wizard Cape. Is that going to be impossible for me now?
