Hi there, I have been wondering about when exactly loyalty tokens are supposed to refresh? Is it once a month, or every time your membership is paid, or both? For example, in both May and June, I had tokens replenished both at the beginning of the month, and when my membership renewed (I pay the monthly 9.95 fee so I get charged once a month), so I got tokens twice in May and in June. I had already contacted support about the May one, and then I have not spent the second tokens in June, since I am unsure if this is intentional or a glitch.
Your loyalty score increases whenever your membership ends. If you go to Majid in the shopping district, you can see your loyalty score on the bottom of your screen and you can press claim tokens if you have any tokens to claim. Once you've done it, it'll show the amount of tokens you have, and you can buy stuff with it at Majid's loyalty store.
