Loyalty program tier problem!

I made my first account in 2009 and my fifth account in 2020 and they are both tier 4. Did you mean to do this?

2 years vs 13 years = the same tier???

Please add more tiers if you are going to make 2 years be tier 4...

These are based on Months that you have maintained an active membership with a max out at 4.

It has nothing to do with account age.
