I attempted the Horizon Hold today with a full squad of one life (me), two fires, and a death. At the end of the first round, I lost my connection. After logging back in with the connection fixed up, I looked at my quests and saw that I had to talk to Ivan (which was strange, considering you never really had to talk to him after the final battle). I took the snowglobe over and discovered that the game thinks I defeated The Rat.
Despite the fact that I had beat Polaris, I was defeated, probably even more than I was after losing connection earlier in the year fighting Ozel Underwater Cat.
