For the past week or so, both my partner and I have repeatedly discovered that our characters have had Filtered Chat turned OFF. This has happened multiple times, since we upgraded our subscriptions to the Family Plan.
We're not the ones doing it. We're both adults, she has my account password, there's just no point to limiting either account to the "Emote Chat" system.
And while between us, we use Ventrilo to talk ... we do occasionally help out the few friends we've made online, and it's nice to be able to actually talk to them while doing so.
So having our ability to do just that, get randomly turned off? Extremely annoying.
