So after pressing "Play" when putting in my credentials, the game starts loading but it goes to a black screen. I can still hear the audio and the sound when you hover over buttons but can't see anything. I tried troubleshooting a bit, found people saying to change my monitor's resolution but it didn't help with anything. Tried restarting my computer along w/ reinstalling the game, still nothing. Please help!
